Return Policy

Exos Defense allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be required to pay all shipping fees. Please call 859-303-5718 or email support@exosdefense.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Damaged Products

Exos Defense works hard to package your order as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 859-303-5718 or email support@exosdefense.com to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim.
